WHAT IS FOUR POINTS’ ROUTING NUMBER?
Our routing number is 304082999.
HOW CAN I LOCATE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER?
If you have a checking account, your account number can be located at the bottom of your checks. It will be the 2nd series of numbers after the routing number of 304082999. Your account number can also be located on your bank statement. Please contact Four Points for assistance if you are unable to locate it.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Our office hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, M-F, CST. Our lobby closes at 4:00 pm M-F, CST.
HOW MUCH IS A BOX OF CHECKS AND HOW DO I ORDER THEM?
Four Points utilizes Harland Clarke for check orders. Checks currently start in price around $16.00 per box of 120 checks and vary in cost from there, depending on the style, features, and accessories selected as part of your order. Checks can be ordered by within online banking, by contacting the credit union over the phone, or via our website.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A LOAN OR MEMBERSHIP WITH FOUR POINTS?
  • Online – 24 hours a day through our website on the Apply Today! page
  • Phone – during business hours at (800) 323-2786
  • In Person – if you are in the Omaha, NE area, at our branch located at 510 N. 127th St., Omaha, NE 68154
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET APPROVED FOR A LOAN OR MEMBERSHIP? WHEN WILL I KNOW IF MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED?
A Four Points representative will follow-up with you regarding your online application within 1-2 business days. We strive to provide quick responses for our members. If you have questions about your application prior to being contacted by Four Points or if you need an immediate response, you may contact us during business hours at (800) 323-2786.
HOW DO I SETUP OR CHANGE MY DIRECT DEPOSIT?
Generally, your employer has their own direct deposit setup form that they prefer you utilize. Please contact your Human Resources to assist you with this. Once the form is completed, you can mail or e-mail (secured please) the form to us and we will set it up promptly. Changes to an existing direct deposit are generally handled the same way.
WHAT ARE THE NUMBERS TO CALL FOR MY DEBIT CARD?
  • Activation: 1-800-543-5073 Keep in mind that you will need to call from a phone number already on file at Four Points. If you’re having trouble activating your card, please contact Four Points to compare the number you are calling from with the numbers we have on file.

HOW CAN I SETUP AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS FOR MY LOAN?
Automatic payments can be setup at any time by contacting our office or completing and submitting this form: Transfer Form. You can also schedule recurring transfers from your Four Points account to your loan through Online Banking.
DO YOU OFFER FOREIGN CURRENCY?
We do not offer foreign currency or exchange services at this time.
WHERE CAN I FIND A FOUR POINTS ATM?

Four Points offers cash services through a nationwide network partner, CO-OP ATM. You can search for ATM’s near you through this website: http://co-opatm.org/. There is also an option to download the CO-OP ATM app for your smartphone through the Apple or Android store.
