Our office hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, M-F, CST.
You can choose to swap from paper statements to digital ones by logging into our free Online Banking service, clicking on eStatements on the left-hand side, and selecting which specific accounts you’d like to switch over. New users must agree to our Online Banking service terms before proceeding with their first login.

If you have signed up for eStatements but have trouble viewing the files, this may be caused by non-configured PDF related browser settings. Try a quick internet search with your specific browser related error message to determine which settings may need to be adjusted, contact your local computer professional for hands-on assistance, or reach out to us at 1(800) 323-2786 for other suggestions.
There is a chance that your browser is currently rejecting or blocking cookies, forcing you to authenticate every time you login to our Online Banking system. The function of blocking cookies is default for Incognito/Safe modes, but can also be toggled on regular browsing.

To prevent this issue, you should always allow cookies from Four Points Federal Credit Union to be stored on your device. If you have questions about your application prior to being contacted by Four Points or if you need an immediate response, you may contact us during business hours at (800) 323-2786.
Generally, your employer has their own direct deposit setup form that they prefer you utilize. Please contact your Human Resources to assist you with this. Once the form is completed, you can mail or e-mail (secured please) the form to us and we will set it up promptly. Changes to an existing direct deposit are generally handled the same way.

Keep in mind that you will need to call from a phone number already on file at Four Points. If you’re having trouble activating your card, please contact Four Points to compare the number you are calling from with the numbers we have on file.

We do not offer foreign currency or exchange services at this time.
An ATM can be found at our West Center branch location. Additionally, Four Points offers cash services through a nationwide network partner, CO-OP ATM. You can search for ATM’s near you through this website: There is also an option to download the CO-OP ATM app for your smartphone through the Apple or Android store.
